On display fourty original images of the photographer Romano Cagnoni. Born in Pietrasanta, he moved, at an early age, in London, from where he used to send his reports to the editorial offices of Stern, Life, Observer, Times, Newsweek and Paris Match. He has been the first photographer to enter Northern Vietnam with the journalist James Cameron. He has been the first to enter, illegaly, Dakka, Argentina, and Afghanistan to photograph the war in bangladesh, at the Falklands and the Red Armada, to remember also his many reportage on South America and Fidel Castro, Israel but also italy and his native town. The director of the "Times", Harold Evans, in the volume "Pictures on a Page" mentions him among the seven most important photographers in the world.
